You‘re right, we offer you a wide choice of great games! We can imagine that it could be hard to decide! ;-) We recommend that you try several apps first of all because you know best which ones are suitable for your kid. Don‘t worry, you can test nearly all of our apps for free!

Yes! Safety comes first! We promise all Happy-Touch® Apps are made without advertising, push-messages and hidden costs. In addition, latest apps have a parental gate for in-app-purchases and external links. Because of our helpful age recommendations, you'll find apps for your children easily!

Why are some game features (still) locked?

I have downloaded the free version! 

You have installed the free version of the app. This test version helps you to find out whether the app is suitable for your kids' skills and interests. Now you can test the app and first game features. 

If you and your kids like the app, you can purchase more game features or the full version (often for less than a Dollar!) On the main menu the purchasable features are marked with a lock. Because all of our apps are made without advertising, we can‘t offer you the full version for free. Read more about our reasons to avoid financing by commercial advertising.

 

Some features are locked, even though I purchased the full version!

Oops, obviously something went wrong! Please use the button "restore purchases“ or reinstall the app: Delete the app by touching an app icon on the home screen until the icons start to jiggle. Click the little "x" in the corner of the app you want to remove and confirm the delete operation. Afterwards click the home button to complete the process. Now you can reinstall the app. Please open the App-Store on your device. You have to be signed in with the same account used for the original download. Look at the bottom navigation bar and tap on „Purchased“ (iPad) or tap „Updates“ before „Purchased“ (iPhone, iPod Touch). You will find the deleted app on the list. Finally tap the „download“-button. As long as you use the same iTunes account that you used to download the app, you won't be charged again.

 

 

My kid accidentally deleted the app. Do I have to install/ buy the app again? How do I get it back?

Don't worry, you could easily reinstall an app (without paying again). Please open the App Store on your device. You have to be signed in with the same account used for the original download. Look at the bottom navigation bar and tap on „Purchased“ (iPad) or tap „Updates“ before „Purchased“ (iPhone, iPod Touch). You can find the deleted app on the list. Finally tap the „download“-button.

 
 

Why can't I hear any background music and sounds?

Sometimes kids accidentally press the volume buttons. First of all you should check that the sound isn’t just switched off. Try pressing the volume up or/and the mute button to see if the sound returns.

If that doesn't help, try rebooting your device or reinstall the app. Read more down below.

 

 

The App doesn‘t work! What can I do?

There are many reasons for malfunctions of apps.

Let‘s try to fix it!

 

1. Rebooting

Often you can solve the problem by rebooting your device.

2. Shutting of other Apps 

Sometimes an app doesn‘t work because to many other apps are open at the same time - even if they are in the background! 

To see which apps are open click at the home button twice! At the buttom screen you see all apps which are running in the background! Tap on an app icon until the icons start to jiggle. Click the little red circle in the corner of the app to close it (If you're using iOS7, you can slide the app out of the screen.) If you‘re finished, click on your home button twice to get back to home-screen.

 

3. Reinstall 

Try to install the app again.

First of all you have to delete the app: Touch and hold an app icon on the home screen until the icons start to jiggle. Click the little "x" in the corner of the app you want to remove and confirm the delete operation. Afterwards click the home button to complete the process.

Now you could easily reinstall the app: Please open the App-Store on your device. You have to be signed in with the same account used for the original download. Can I install an app on my smartphone AND on my tablet?

Yes! Many of our apps are multifunctional and optimized for all devices! The app and the in-app-purchases have to be downloaded/ purchased only once and can be installed on several devices! 

Other apps are specifically designed for a tablet OR a smartphone. These apps have the advantages that they are adapted to the format and characteristics of the device in an optimal way.
